A frequent visit to the dentist can be costly, painful and even traumatic for other people. That’s why in order to reduce dentist’s visit to a minimum, you need to preserve the health of your teeth as best as you can. Different types of teeth problems can be experienced by almost everyone. There are a number of reasons why these problems occur like acids in the foods, sweets or even air exposure.
Here are some of the home remedies that will provide you a proper dental hygiene.
Use of Turmeric, Clove Oil, Coconut Oil, and Salt
¼ tsp. of Turmeric.
¼ tsp. of Coconut Oil
2 drops of Clove Oil
A pinch of Salt
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients. Next is to apply the mixture on your toothbrush and gently brush your teeth. See to it that you are targeting the area of the cavity making the mixture stay for almost 5 minutes. Then, brush it again. Lastly, rinse them with lukewarm water.
Use of Baking Soda, Lemon Juice, Dried Mint Powder and Peppermint Essential Oil
1 drop of Peppermint Essential Oil
2 drops of Lemon Juice.
¼ tsp. of Dried Mint Powder
½ tsp. of Baking Soda.
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them all. Apply the mixture onto the toothbrush and gently brush your teeth, giving special attention to all areas. Let it stay for 3 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water afterward.
