1 pear
1 half cucumber

Cut the apples, pear and cucumber in small portions and Blend it. Add some Pineapple Juice. Be sure to consume after blending.

1 kiwi
2 apples
1 half cucumber
1/2 cup grape or apple juice

Cut the apples, cucumber and kiwi and place it in the blender. Blend it well and add the grape juice to make it more watery.

one cup plain yogurt
1 banana
1/2 orange juice
6 strawberries

Combine all the ingredients and blend it well.

1/2 Beet
1/2 Cucumber
1/2 cup apple juice
1 carrot

Directions:Remove the beet skin and cut them all into small portions. Mix all together and blend it well.

Drink the smoothie first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Be sure to Have 6-8 glasses of water throughout the day. But it may be best to slow down the consumption of liquids after 5 pm so that you are not awakened in the night with having to go to the bathroom.
