2 Simple Tricks to Remove Tartar Build-up and have a Healthier Teeth




Improper brushing and irregular flossing can lead to plaque formation, which eventually will lead to tartar build-up. It will then create a breeding ground for the oral bacteria that feed on sugars from the food that you eat and forms acid that breaks down tooth enamel leading to dental cavities. Remedy 1
Take some sesame seeds and chew them (don’t swallow). Then use a dry brush to brush your teeth. Sesame seeds acts like a scrub and remove plaques from the teeth.

Take some salt and brush it in your teeth. Rinse with cold water. Do this 2-3 times a week for better results.
