1 tbs. turmeric
½ tbs. salt
1 glass of warm water
Combine all the ingredients in the water then drink this remedy for 3-4 times a day to loosen the mucus buildup.

6-7 ginger slices
1 tbs. black pepperoni
1 tbs. honey
2 cups of water
Heat the water then add the ginger and peppercorn simmer for 5 minutes then strain and cool. Add a teaspoon of honey and drink.
Apple cider vinegar – balances the pH values and prevents the mucus buildup. Add a teaspoon of raw apple cider vinegar into a glass of water, drink this remedy for removing phlegm. You can also add honey and use this solution for gargling to soothe sore throat.
